Refund & Cancellation Policy
The short version
There's no card during your free trial, so a surprise charge isn't possible. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the period you've paid for. We don't prorate partial months, and we fix billing mistakes fast.
1. The trial costs nothing
Your first 30 days are free and no payment method is collected to start. Nothing can be charged unless you deliberately subscribe by adding a payment method after your trial.
2. Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account settings at any time, or email support@deskpanther.com and we will process it for you. No phone call required, no retention script, no hoops.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access through the time you have already paid for, and no further charges occur after that.
4. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time. Because billing is monthly and cancellation is self-serve, the most you ever have at stake is the current month.
5. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error, including duplicate charges or charges after a completed cancellation, contact support@deskpanther.com within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund verified errors promptly.
6. Price changes
Price changes come with at least 30 days advance notice under our Subscription Terms. If you cancel before a new price takes effect, you will not be charged it.
7. Your data after cancellation
Data retention, export, and deletion after cancellation are described in our Data Processing Agreement.
