Subscription Terms
The short version
$39 per location, per month, and it drops as you grow: $34 at 2 to 3 locations, $29 at 4 or more. Your first 30 days are free and we don't ask for a card to start. Cancel anytime. If the price ever changes, you get at least 30 days notice first.
1. The plan
DeskPanther is offered as a monthly subscription priced per location, per month: $39 for a single location, $34 per location for accounts with 2 to 3 locations, and $29 per location for accounts with 4 or more locations. The applicable rate applies to all locations on the account. Pricing is per location only. The number of employees, logins, or users at a location never changes the price.
Some optional features are offered as add-ons, priced per location, per month. Currently: the Daily Brief at $4.99 per location per month, free for your first 7 days. Add-on pricing and any free period are shown before you enable an add-on, and add-ons can be turned off at any time without affecting the core subscription.
2. The free trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial, which means no charge can occur during it. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe by adding a payment method. If you choose not to subscribe, paid features end and your data is handled under the retention terms in our Data Processing Agreement.
3. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance based on your number of active locations, and renew automatically each month until canceled. Adding a location adjusts your next bill. Removing a location takes effect at your next billing cycle. Payments are processed by Stripe; DeskPanther does not store your card details.
4. Price changes
If the subscription price changes, DeskPanther will provide at least 30 days advance notice by email before the new price takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@deskpanther.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy · Copyright · Privacy Requests for details.
6. Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. Where DeskPanther is required to collect sales or similar taxes, they will be added to your bill.
7. Availability
DeskPanther is currently available to businesses in the United States.
8. Relationship to other terms
