DeskPanther Subprocessors
DeskPanther (Astrozombie LLC dba DeskPanther) uses a small number of third-party service providers to operate and deliver its services. This page lists those providers, what each one does for us, and the categories of data each may process. Not every company we do business with is a subprocessor; this page covers the providers that may process customer or user data in the course of delivering DeskPanther.
Core Service Providers
Google Cloud (Google LLC)
- Purpose
- Backend hosting and infrastructure for the DeskPanther application, and service monitoring.
- Data
- Customer and application data processed by the DeskPanther backend, including account information and operational records entered by customers and their users.
- Location
- United States
Firebase Authentication (Google LLC)
- Purpose
- User authentication (sign-in) for DeskPanther accounts. Firebase is used for authentication only and does not store the DeskPanther database.
- Data
- Account identifiers, email addresses, and authentication credentials and related metadata.
- Location

MongoDB, Inc. (MongoDB Atlas)
- Purpose
- DeskPanther's production database, where customer and application data is stored.
- Data
- Customer account information and operational records entered into DeskPanther, such as inventory counts, orders, repair requests, time clock correction requests, break records, and cash drop records.
- Location
- United States. DeskPanther uses MongoDB Atlas, MongoDB, Inc.'s managed cloud database service, hosted in a United States region.
SendGrid (Twilio Inc.)
- Purpose
- Transactional email delivery, including email-to-carrier delivery used for certain text-style notifications. DeskPanther does not currently use a separate SMS provider.
- Data
- Names, email addresses, phone number and mobile carrier information where provided for alerts, and the content of notifications.
- Location

Vercel
- Purpose
- Deployment and delivery of the DeskPanther application frontend only. Vercel does not host the DeskPanther backend or database.
- Data
- Technical data involved in serving the application to users, such as IP addresses and request metadata.
- Location

Payments
Stripe, Inc.
- Purpose
- Payment processing and subscription billing, including trial and subscription management.
- Data
- Billing contact information and payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe directly.
- Role
- Stripe acts as a service provider or processor for certain processing performed on DeskPanther's behalf, and acts independently (for example, for fraud prevention and its own legal compliance) for other processing. See Stripe's own privacy documentation for details.

Website and Marketing Services
These providers support DeskPanther's marketing website and marketing communications. They do not process the operational data stored inside the DeskPanther application.
Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.)
- Purpose
- Marketing email and waitlist management for people who sign up on our website.
- Data
- Email addresses and related signup information submitted to our marketing lists.
- Location
- United States
Netlify
- Purpose
- Hosting for the DeskPanther marketing website and processing of website form submissions.
- Data
- Website visitor technical data (such as IP addresses) and information submitted through website forms.
- Location
- United States
Termly
- Purpose
- Cookie consent management and hosting of certain legal policies for the marketing website.
- Data
- Website visitor consent records and related technical data.
- Location

AI Features
DeskPanther does not currently send customer data to any external AI provider. If DeskPanther activates AI functionality that involves an external AI provider processing customer data, we will update our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and this page before or when that processing begins.
Changes to This List
We may update this list as our infrastructure changes. To request notification of material changes to our subprocessors, email support@deskpanther.com with the subject line "Subprocessor updates" and we will notify you at that address before material changes take effect.
